Profile
Chris is the managing member of the firm. Prior to founding the firm, Chris was Vice President of Business Affairs and General Counsel for Transcosmos Investments & Business Development, Inc., a corporate venture capital company with over $250 million capital under management and the U.S. subsidiary of Transcosmos, Inc., a publicly traded Japanese corporation, where he was lead global counsel for the company's venture capital and strategic investments and legal advisor to its portfolio of foreign joint venture companies.
Chris' areas of practice include private equity financings, acquisitions, strategic investments and alliances, corporate and business development transactions, technology licensing and general corporate and commercial transactions.
Chris has served on the Board of Corporate Auditors of FoodX Globe, K.K., the Tokyo-based corporate parent of Tully's Coffee Japan, K.K., which, with over 300 retail coffee stores, is one of the most successful specialty coffee companies in Japan.
